we need this to free ourselves from an unhappy marriage....eg emotionally abused

Its tough to still be married to a person who already remarry just because he is a foreigner..how can i move forward with my life if am still chained to a paper??went through hell with my marriage and now heres another one..supposed to be an easy escape but the government make it even more difficult..

Is it only a psychological incapacity is the valid reason that this petition for annulment can be granted..Me &my ex husband been separated for more than a decade and he has another family now..Can be my kids or my siblings are my main witness if ever?And he totally abandoned his kids since year 2015 with no support in their studies .My 4th and 5th child are still in college which resulted that my 4th child stopped in his studies(3rd year 1st sem)coz of no support..And i the 1 who managed to support them for my 5th child from her schooling(college).my 4th child i rather let him enrolled in a trade school..And suffered that stress and deppression..

Divorce is absolutely need and important for people like me who struggle on our marriage
