All the laws of the democratic land are, must, and shall always be emanitated from, with, by, and of the certain class and race of people. It is the reflection of thb gross demand and necessity of confrmity to the natural existence and objective of mortal life. That the voices of these c0mmunty concerned shall be heard deliberated then enacted to law. This is the very core element of democracy. Dem0cracy is essentialy governed by dynamic of inevitable changes. There is no democracy when there is no existence of change. Change leads to progression and preservation of life.

My so thought marriage was null and void at the very beginning. The judge conducted the ceremony was even disbarred for the marriage scam ie lack of paperworks the time of ceremony. I didnt sign for application, i dont even know you would need to attend seminar before you get married. My name is not even right. If i want to remarry this should be filed to court and it would take thousands and years before ill be totally free! Its been 9 years since we broke up and due to irreconcileble differences the scam marriage didnt work out.

I WISH DIVORCE WILL BE GRANTED IN THE PHILIPPINES AS LAW. WE ARE WAY TO OUTDATED. IF WE ARE BEING TREATED LIKE CRAP BY OUR HUSBAND AND BEING CHEATED ON. IT IS TIME TO GET FREEDOM FROM THAT MARRIAGE COS ITS PATHETIC!

This, I think, is an exact solution to dysfunctional marriages in mostly poor Filipino families that could not afford a costly annulment process: could free them from violence, emotional and psychological distress, give them freedom to decide what gives them peace of mind. My opinion.
