The petition is for the benefit of those who have been victims of failed marriages but had to stay married inspight the absence of the other due to pricey annulment, unavailability of option for poor citizen. Women stucked in failed marriages can't even have another chance while the Men who left enjoys the liberty of victimizing as much woman as they can not minding the psychological impact to the women left behind.
