Divorce is Human Rights. Divorce is a choice .

#passthedivorcenow

I hope this will pass. My parents has been separated for more than a decade (2006), without any support from the other parent, and no contact for more thab 5 years. But still we know that our parents is still connected by marriage. We have not been able to officially process this separation. I hope that we can have a good process for filing that even the low income family earners can avail divorce.

#passthedivorcenow We, the victims of abuse from our spouses, We need divorce here in the Philippines. We are victims of repeated infidelity .emotional, verbal, and physical abuse, and etc. affecting our mental health especially our children, causing them trauma. We do not want to normalize this behavior, especially when children are involved. As mothers, we tried to fix the relationship before giving up, but how can it be fixed when only one person wants to rebuild it? We love our children, so we need peace and give them peace, and to give them true love that they deserved, we would rather be single mothers than endure a toxic marriage. We plead for the legalization of divorce in the Philippines. If your spouse truly loves you, they wouldn't attempt to deceive you because they fear losing their family due to divorce being an option in the Philippines."
