I too support roll backs of salary increase and other ideas to table any increases in class size. I also would like to see someone held accountable for the egregious oversight made with our school budget. One of the primary reasons we moved to Groton was the school system. I for one am most disappointed. Provide a transparent budget, hold those accountable for failures and put a qualified person in charge. Our children deserve better and so do we as tax payors.

I respectfully request that the Groton-Dunstable Regional Schools Budget Ideas Rolling Log be filled out entirely with all potential budgetary options for the public to see in one document with a proposed plan before actions are taken.

It is clear many of the school program cuts have been decicded upon without a careful impact analysis. Now, we see the extent of this lack of planning and these faculty/program cuts must be reversed.

I would also ask them to review, research & implement some sort of privately funded art/music program to generate income and an enriched curriculum from the written proposal provided at the Public Hearing on 2/12/14

Sure seems like they are taking care of themselves before the students. While the national median income goes down, they give themselves a 13% raise. Where do I sign up for up!

An error by adults should not impact the education of children - but we can build a brand new $7mm fire station. Allocated budgets aside priorities in this town are backwards, including the leadership.
