Dr. Grazia is a talented, dedicated and beloved professor and mentor who has had a deep and lasting impact on the lives and future of many New York College of Health Professions' students and is dedicated to their success. A+” The removal of Dr. Grazia from his longstanding position would be a great loss to future New York College students, denying them the opportunity to benefit from his knowledge and the skills, passion, enthusiasm, humor, and love he brings to teaching. It was unjust to terminate Dr. Grazia based on his inability to handle the position of Dean as well as teacher. Dr. Grazia and New York College are best served by having Dr. Grazia perform the position he is most qualified for and the one that he excels at, being an exceptional, respected and dedicated professor. In light of the extremely large and inexplicable turnover of staff and professors at New York College, Dr. Grazia is precisely the kind of professor New York College cannot afford to lose and who should be back in his classroom where he belongs.
