Jody has been amazing to work with over the last few years. Anytime I had a concern or an issue how something was going Jody immediately addressed the concern and he always treated the youth and parents with respect. It's hard to find people who work from the heart and I have personally witnessed how he builds character in these young men. Please consider his reinstatement, he truly is an asset to Capital HS and our wrestling community.

I don't know where I would be without Jody. He's an excellent coach and a wonderful, kindhearted man. He coached me to a state championship and with that I was able to get a wrestling scholarship which allowed me to go to college. I have seen boys come into the room and leave as successful men. Jody the coach that Capital Wrestling needs.

An alleged accounting mistake! The District is so fraught with waste and poor allocations of funds it's almost incomprehensible. These people are the ultimate definition hypocrites, except their allocations are not alleged.

I have known Jody for almost 40 years. In fact he stayed at my parents house when he wrestled for Snake River. As a head coach for Bishop Kelly I have never encountered a more generous spirit. Jody selflessly gives his mind body and spirit to the sport. He does this not to show that he can win, but simply to create young people who can be relied on in a challenging world.
Please help our community by reinstating a true champion of youth.

Jody is the hardest working coach I have ever worked with. He always goes above and beyond to help kids that otherwise afford to participate and be apart of the Capital Wrestling family. Get him back to helping kids.

I am the head wrestling coach at Riverglen junior high and have worked as a coach for the Boise school district the last 4 years. I have lost a great deal of respect for the Boise school district regarding the prosecution of Jody Webb. A coach and mentor that has been nothing but a positive light in the Boise community and wrestling community. Furthermore I don't understand the judgement of the Boise school district by positioning a coach from the west Ada county school district that is not allowed to coach the sport of wrestling in that district in Jodys place. The entire handling of this investigation is upsetting. I feel tremendous sympathy for coach Webb and his family for having to go through this ordeal and defamation of his good name. These allegations can prove to be far more impactful and career hendering then just the loss of his coaching position at Captial High school. Shame on the Boise School District!

I have know Coach Webb for over 10 years. He had been an asset and an inspiration to everyone in the Idaho wrestling community. The allegations against him are false and baseless. Shame on Boise School District and Capitol High School for putting a good man and his family through a slanderous ordeal!
