We, the undersigned residents and homeowners of the Loch Lomond community of Miami Lakes, FL, respectfully request the reinstatement of Mr. Wilson Destin as the head security guard of our neighborhood. Mr. Destin has loyally served this community for over 25 years, and in that time has built trust with the homeowners in this subdivision. We have learned that Mr. Destin was terminated from his position due to a minor incident; we believe that this action was unjustly punitive, considering the numerous ways that Mr. Destin has helped community members over his tenure in this position. We thank in advance those at Kent Security and the Town of Miami Lakes for their time and attention to our request.

Reaching this level of community support confirms that Wilson Destin is truly a fixture of our neighborhood. It is moving to see how many of you value his two decades of service as much as I do. We have now built enough momentum to ensure that Kent Security understands the depth of our collective concern.

Please reinstate Wilson Destin. He is an excellent security guard that has kept our neighborhood safe for 25 years. We do not feel the same sense of security without him.
Best guard you have and not just because of his duties as a guard. He’s extremely Courteous and professional. Always has a smile on his face when he greats you at the gate, in or out. He’s a human being with financial responsibilities who made a minor mistake that I would contribute to pay for if you hire him back. Clearly anyone can see why he was afraid to report his incident promptly. He was afraid of exactly what happened. I’m very upset over his firing, and if I had anything to do with it this security company would not get a new contract to guard our community.
Very upset at this decision. Mr. Destin has been an exemplary guard in our community for 20+ years. I understand he wasn’t even given a 2nd opportunity. This is unacceptable.
Please bring back Wilson Destin. We are all human and a fender bender can happen to anyone. Material things are either fixable or replaceable. Mr. Destin should not be replaced. He’s been an amazing guard to Loch Lomond for 25 years
Wilson has been an excellent security guard in Lock Lomond. He has been working as a security guard here since I was born and he knows all the residents. I kindly ask that you reinstate him as head of security.

I think it’s unjust in the way he was fired after so many years of loyal service. He needs to be reinstated.

From the time i was little we’d stop at the gate and wave or have a chat, not seeing him anymore is a bit sad. Considering the time and effort he’s put forth for the community, being fired was unjust. #Bringemback
