The Green Party stood down in around 30 seats to give us a better chance of picking up seats. Green party voter and even members also switched to give us a better chance of forming a Government. Meanwhile many Labor MP's on the so called "Progress" (sic) wing of the party ran a so called "defensive" campaign which in effect disowned the Party leadership. Some even writing to and verbally telling voters Labour had no chance and please vote for them as an "independent" candidate.
It really is time for the neanderthal's running the Party hierarchy to grow up and accept that we and the party o not have a monopoly over progressive voters.

To expel the three key members who have inspired and led the rejuvenation of Godalming's Labour group, evidenced by the manifold increase in local membership, is Labour shooting itself in the foot and wounding it's head, heart, soul and reputation. Shameful brainless action of unnecessary wanton self inflicted damage to Labour bringing disrepute and ridicule to our party.

Labour could and should have resolved this in a far less heavy handed and authoritarian manner. Given Jeremy Corbyn's serial (and often understandable) rebellion against his own party in the past it seems rather odd that it is on his watch that three loyal party members should be discarded without a hearing or an opportunity to state their case.

These are all faithful, loyal members of the Labour party and were quite rightly thinking outside the box in supporting the Progressive Alliance. We need more creative thinkers and activits. Please reinstate them.

A disgrace, reinstate them immediately. They are the heart and soul of Labour in SW Surrey.
