This act fits perfectly with the present repressive trends of our society, in general. Any good scientist knows that progress is best made by testing hypotheses, either one's own or another's. To discount without investigation and replace with corporate dogma is to contravert science.

There is way too much "heresay" and unscientific and quite frankly wrong information used in making decisions that affect all of us. I serve on a county food policy group and want all issues brought forth and heard including scientific proven information. Reinstate Teicholz to Food Policy Panel.

If their opinions are valid and scientifically sound there's no need to fear a different view point. It just makes establishment look shady, secretive and desperate.

The principle of open, unbiased and free scientific debate without fear or favour is essential for the future advancement of dietary knowledge. It is also essential that people who uphold those principles with integrity should not be excluded!

Replacing Ms. Teicholz with someone from the potato industry? Hello? Have you seen what a diet of McDonald's fries does to people?
