It is disingenuous to not have someone with this much knowledge on the subject on the panel.

Nina talks sense. Her voice or one like it is needed on any food panel today. She provides one thing, among others, we need more of today: the ability to look at the scope of history, human experience, and the sciences. Real science is done as Newton did it: integrating a vast array of evidence, taking induction seriously, and looking at the evidence of the senses.

Nina Teicholz offers the science-based perspective that is not biased by moneyed interests. We the people demand that we use science to determine what to eat and not biased organizations or nutritionists that receive money from special interest groups.

The more you resist the truth about nutrition being based in bad science- the more you will be the idiot that people will blame for being part of the myth - be mature enough to debate facts

Differing viewpoints are important in understanding the wide array of nutritional research. There is no "one size fits all" diet that will work for everyone. People need to understand all healthful options available, and the benefits and negative sides of each.

Shouldn't we hear all sides, w/o censorship? Excluding her, discredits the entire assembly.
