Susan is definitely a "keeper" and if you observed her in the classroom you too would understand how important she is for her students.

I work as an Employment Sepcialist at SFMHC. Having direct access to an educational service provider is invaluable as it pertains to assisting individuals to return to work or finish their education. Infidvidual who suffer with mental health/emotional concerns, developemental disablities and learning disabilities need the individualized one on one attention which Ms. Hynes was able to provide here at SFMHC and At the SF Community Adult School. From my understanding Ms. Hynes maintained a high success rate of individuals meeting their educational goals of High School Diploma or Certifiec Equivilancy and moving forward to higher education as well as obtaining employment. These accomplishments go along way towards saving the county, state and federal government money by removing individuals form public assistance, creating revenue producers with greater consumer capabilities. By re-instating Ms. Hynes as an educator for individuals with disabilities or special needs there is greater potential for cost savings.
I humbly request consideration for Ms. Hynes ot be re-instated as an educator at the SF Community Adult School and Sanf Fernando Mental Health Center as she was a great asset to both communities. Thank you. Ardrena Rene' Thomas

Susan has made a great difference for client's to get skills for taking and being able to pass the GED for
job readiness.
Our client's feel comfortable in her classroom, where client's may not feel comfortable in an outside setting. There is great understanding and patience which
she gives to each student and understands special needs. For the sake of our client's who want to learn and continue in wellness, please restore Ms. Hines to our classroom and allow our classroom to be functioning again.

Susan Hynes is a gifted teacher and a fantastic person. Her work at the San Fernando Mental Health Center was indispensable and the loss of her availability to our Center has left a major home in our treatment program.

It is very improtant that clients at the SFMHC have easy access to furthering their education! Having Susan back here would help clients gain computer skills and help those who need to study for their GED exams! She was very helpful before so I hope we can bring her back! Thank you!

The educational program that Susan Hynes has been dedicated to for many years has changed the lives of many students that are now able to work and provide for themselves that otherwise would have be lost in the system with no education and most likely on welfare. We need more programs and educators for people with disabilities. reinstate Mrs. Susan Hynes and let her continue to improve the life of people whom deserve to better their lives.

Susan Hynes is a gift to our society. The work she does to invest in others who have fallen through the cracks is commendable and invaluable. The people she assists on a daily basis will be chronically dependent on the welfare system without her help. She can help them accomplish tasks that many of us take for granted such as completing a high school diploma, or learning English.
In short, what she does is take welfare dependent people and help them to be employable and productive contributors to our society. Her salary is justified if she helps even a few people get off public assistance each year.
Please reinstate Susan Hynes to her position for the betterment of our entire state.
