ckoc is nothing without rock n ray i dont know what you were thinking if its about money you know money isnt as important as taking an icon away rock n ray was the reason i listened to your station i hope you do the right thing and reinstate him or i for one will never listen to your station and you can take that to the bank

Situation reminds me of an old WKRP in Cincinnatti episode where all the DJs were replaced by a computer. This is a very sad day for local Canadian rock stations. The only reason that I listen to local stations 12-14 hours daily are the on air personalities. If I wanted music only I would simply turn on internet radio. Which is probably what I will be doing. Which means less listeners and ultimately less ad revenue for Bell media.

CKOC is nothing without Ray Michaels. He is CKOC!! What aistake to let him go. As soon as we heard he was gone we stopped listening as I know many others did the same. We would love to see him back on the air where he should be. He is an amazing man who contributes so much, not only to his listeners but to the whole community

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the BELL Media decision to downsize and let Ray go. I have listened to Ray since I was 10 years old. HUGE piss off for me. The A**HOLES at Bell must be looking to get rid of CKOC altogether otherwise WHY let go the most valuable and most recognized icon for the station?!! CRAZY.

Ray IS CKOC radio. I'm floored to hear that he has been dismissed. This is a huge mistake for the station and I know I will not listen again until he is back on the air.
