My children attend briary and it is a very busy road that becomes conjested at school drop off and pick up times, many children and drivers not paying attention. I think it's imperative for the safety of all the road users including the pedestrians and children that there is a lollipop person at school times. The lives of children should not so easily be put at risk!

This road is a rat race, very busy all the time. Don't understand how these stupid decision are ever made, just saying.

The road Briary is on is close to a sharp bend and some drivers try to navigate it far too fast. A crossing patrol will help keep children safe.

Come on KCC - this should be a priority - these kids need your assistance & protecting BEFORE a nasty accident happens!

A former student from many moons ago. I couldn't agree more. It would take one child to be knocked over. I don't think the KCC would want that on their shoulders?!!

Its such a dangerous area, with children needed to cross the road while some drivers find it acceptable to speed/not give way/look out for the youngsters wanting to get to school. Somebody should be there to help them, and teach them the right way to do it, it also gives the older children (that are able to walk to school on their own) that independence without the parents stressing/worrying about the main road and their children being safe.
