Really upset by this - Ralph was one of the reasons we chose to re-sign our lease and why we loved this building. Really sad to see it going so downhill.

It is absolutely disgisting that he is being fired for being helpful and kind.....employees are not slaves to be beaten by bullying and tactics that reek trying to undermine a persons natural empathy. Reinstate him immediately

I was on the board of a west side coop for twenty five years. The board interviewed candidates for doorman openings. Our goal was to find people like Ralph. People who would care and would make tenants feel secure. Ralph made 27 on 27th a better place.

Ralph is the nicest concierge I've met in NYC. He should be rewarded and not reprimanded for it.

I don't live in the building, but my friend has for years. Ralph was always there to greet me upon arrival and we'd always spark-up a fun or interesting conversation. He always helped us out with the media room as well. It what would otherwise be a cold corporate luxury climate, Ralph added a human touch.

Since I moved in July 2014, Ralph Body has been extremely helpful to me and my husband. You can always ask him a question and he would always have an answer in the most polite and friendliest manner. The reason my husband and I decided to move into 27 on 27 in the first place was because Ralph took the time to show me the apartments and all the facilities that were available to me. He made me feel comfortable and safe. I feel there should be more people like Ralph. It would be a shame if Heatherwood Communities fire him for being too friendly. There is nothing wrong with that! I would highly suggest someone at Heatherwood do some further investigation on whoever made a complaint about Ralph. There is no reason a good guy like Ralph should lose his job because of something as ridiculous as this. I support Ralph 110%!
