There is a need for recreational space in this trying time . For both physical and mental health the Lagoons should be made accessible to the public .

I think it was a terrible crime when the USB drained the back pond. The fact they blocked the road and shut down access is also a crime. The Utility Board should be held accountable!!!!!

Government overreach plan and simple. If not then lift the restrictions and allow we the tax payers to enjoy what we have paid for.

It seems that having the lagoons open is no different than other public parks and spaces as long as people adhere to social distancing. It is virtually impossible to enforce social distancing anyplace so as long as other parks are open so should the lagoons. When you have rules that appear to be unreasonable or not lociacal you have people that will not adhere to those reasonable rules.

We need this open ... ppl go on walks and exercise and let there animals play !! Grandparents and parents would love to be able to make memories with children /grandchildren ! And some of us just miss the relaxing views and calmness away from town

Please reinstated public access to this area. Fished and swam in these ponds for 30+ years...it could be used by so many!

Are the powers that be overreacting a bit? The numbers have changed from what they projected. Please take another look at this!
