This is absolutely appalling treatment of an employee, Julius Rutherfoord should be ashamed of themselves!

The University abides by a Health & Safety Policy, Equal Opportunities Policy, Environmental policy - and more - and we presume to act as an ethical employer. The University should ensure that companies that act as its agents or under contract abide by the same policies as it has signed up for.
Furthermore, the University, in not acting against JR, is colluding in unethical, unfair and unjust actions, and, in this, does not represent the views of right thinking University employees.

This is not good. Petrona should be reinstated, or City should review their contract with JR. As an institution we uphold fairness and equality, don't we?

What an appalling treatment of an honest, hard-working employee. City University should review its contract with JR if she is not reinstated immediately!

We should not be outsourcing to companies - making employees second class - everyone should be given parity if you work at City Uni.

This is an appalling way to treat someone who has worked for your company. Lets make sure this lady and others in a similar position never get treated in this despicable manner.

Given the uncertainty for many internationals living in the UK at present, this seems at best, short sighted. Please reconsider your decision and apply the justice that Petrona deserves.

Your treatment of Petrona is unjust, inhumane, and at odds with your own declared policy of recruiting staff "for the long term". Please reinstate her.
