I understand the inclination for a return to as normal of a school year as possible, but nothing about this is normal and the grading options should reflect the health and learning challenges we are all facing.

Had COVID pretty badly for two weeks and it's been hard to makeup any assignments because it seems like all the teachers give more assignments when we are online, so the work keeps piling up. We need this option because I'm worried that students who have been sick or struggling with online format will have their grades suffer.

We are in a very special circumstance with Covid right now and I think it would be a great thing to implement again.

My son has not had much instruction at all, due to hybrid and online classes. Very, very sad!

Many students cannot thrive well with virtual learning and little to no action has been made to correct for it. Spending 10-12 hours a day for 6/7 days of the week sitting in front of a screen is extremely unhealthy, and putting in all these extra hours just to result is grades much lower than what I have received in past semesters has made my mental health worse. Reinstating the pass/fail option would be a good idea, but I mainly just hope to see SOME sort of action be made to accommodate students.

The Pass/Fail policy should be reinstated for this semester due to extreme learning barriers due to COVID

Parent of second year student with current GPA of 3.9. She did not take any pass fail in the spring but is struggling with teaching this semester. Even if B’s she will significantly drop her gpa. She rarely leaves her room and studies constantly. She has severe anxiety and depression and this is making it much worse.
