Armstrong Primary School has traffic lights installed now so it is likely that the lollypop man who previously worked there will be grateful of this job. There was no reason to get rid of Hart's lollypop people because no road crossings were ever installed in their place.

the safety of children is paramount. Every primary in Portadown has a school patrol. Disgrace that the Hart Memorial doesn't!!

This is a very busy road and at peak school times it is very dangerous to cross that road. Time for that position to be reinstated.

It's total nonsense not having a patrol person. The ethos behind education boards is the safety of the child and this totally goes against that.
