I just looked at the screen and saw the counter hit four digits which is honestly wild because I really thought nobody would pay attention to this beyond my immediate circle. It feels like people are finally waking up to the fact that these officers deserve a fair shake instead of this knee-jerk reaction. Getting to a thousand is just the start though so keep passing this around while I figure out how to get these names to the department brass.

I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam so fast because it just feels like things are moving so quickly now. It is wild to see how many people actually care about getting the truth out there for these officers and I honestly just want to make sure the right people see all of this support piling up.

this is unjust. we want people to see police officers as people and not targets. things like this is no different than officer lip sync and Facebook pages like officer Daniels. these things show officers in the community that these are friendly people with senses of humor.
This is another hit in the anti law enforcement movement. Everyday, every hour some where a law enforcement officer either dies or is permanently injured and this is what they get for risking their lifes and their families safety, sad that you are allowing evil to over take what is good!
Due process or probable cause was not determined in this matter. Only the opinions of other on the intent of the officer actions. Intent is required to determine if the officer we acting in action unbecoming an officer.
The mayors actions have indorsed these men as bigots when I know that they are not. He has slandered there name over a cultural gesture that has multiple meanings, putting a target on the men's back that serve an protect.
I believe the punishment did not fit the crime. My significant other is a well educated black man that confirms that is a game him & his buddies always played. He has a low tolerance to racism but as he confirmed for me, “this is not racist, maybe a little inappropriate but not racist.”
they did nothing wrong saying they did is bs and we all know it

This is and was a game that most of us played in high school. It’s now carrying through a ton of officers photos as an inside joke, it’s completely harmless and anyone in law enforcement see’s the humor except elder C.O.’s who need to take a step back and relax
