I agree and as stakeholders we are not made aware, this mosque is for the local and surrounding communities. Personal agendas and family members or dynasty taking control should not be condoned. My grandson is very upset

Remove from the trustees all those who don't live in the area. Have the imaam be appointed by the public because it is us who pay the salary.

Mufti Saab has had a pivotal role in establishing the masjid. He is the face of the community. I’ve not seen anyone else in the community who spends his own personal valuable time with the youth in the area. People like him are rare and an asset to the masjid & community. We have no knowledge of the reason for the dismissal, however if mistakes have been made, then I’m sure these can be forgiven. We are all humans and make mistakes.

Those that where the heads from day one and gave sacrifice for deen should be given priority. It's the long term sacrifices that should be taken into account. Minor faults should be overlooked and discussed amicably. I appeal to this committee and every other masjid committee worldwide please do not treat this platform as your personal business. This is not a hire and fire platform. I'm not here to judge you but I'd say. Respect the ulama that sacrificed their day and night to build your islamic environment. It's quite abnoxious to push away the old and hard workers when things became hunky dori. Please relook and rethink the situation. Wallahul Muwaffiq.

The community gave money for the masjid and the committee think they own the house of Allah. How can we trust people like this? Allah get rid of disgraceful people like this from our masajid.

Indeed we have the right to know the reasons behind this sudden sacking of mufti Saab. This mosque was and is a mean of many of us moving into this area not to see it goes in wrong hands.

I think the committee needs to change. Their are some fraudsters and procurers in their. The mosque does not belong to the committee it belongs to the community.
