My child attends here and we chose this madressa solely because of Muftisaab being principal.he is adored by the kids as his character, manners and genuine personality is transparent. This is a sad state of affairs and more so to be happening within the house of the Almighty. May the betrayers be guided and the betrayed have justice. PS Mr 'Anonymous Anonymous' - these kids who were unfairly dismissed where are the parents to back up your claim ? Truth always prevails!

Who selected the committee were the people who donated Made aware the mosque will b having a committee. No mosque should b ran by committee members The mosque belongs to the community so we have rights

Committee should not use powers to sack people with no valid reason this can only lead disunity in the Ummah

Salaams my brothers and sisters.
This seems like a case of wrongful dismissal where people are looking for financial gain rather than looking for the best interests of the house of Allah. I pray that the committee reverse their decision and Mufti is indeed restored to his position as the imam of masjid Muadh ibn Jabal. Just remember that Allah knows everything. Mufti worked tirelessly in order to raise funds towards the masjid project, and to dismiss him at this stage really does seem very unfair. I pray that justice is served and mufti is restored, and I pray that Allah shows us the truth.

If you spend money at Tesco, does that mean Tesco has to consult you on who they do and don't sack? Mufti saab was an employee of the masjid and his employment was terminated because management decided that this was for the best.

how do you know the inside story? as the committee people keep saying "it is confidential information" and that no one from the public should know this information and we can not let it out. So this means that you are part of the committee or you are a family member, WHICH ONE IS IT?

So unfortunate that when mosques need donations for building its a community thing. What about things like this. Shouldnt there be community discussions? Also not against any Muftis but Mufti Zia is very friendly towards kids and kids found him very easy to approach and talk to. Not many ive seen like him and these are Jems in our community we shouldnt loose.

Mufti saab was asked to undergo training to comply with laws on health and safety, child safeguarding and teaching but he refused because he said the madrasah doesnt need to try and be modern. Was he not asked to do this for your child's benefit?

To the anonymous anonymous,
Stating that committee members are chosen by Allah, we know from history that Allah places tyrant in high position to test the believers, InshAllah the community of Leicester will rise to the test.
We don’t want our masajid to be in the hands of ignorant people who have no fear of Allah in their hearts.
InshAllah Mufi will be in he’s rightfull positions.
He never gave up on our children and will NOT give him up.
