Yall suspend the best teacher at Southern for saying ass but other teachers that can't teach say a lot worst and yall don't suspend them

Mrs Wiggins is probably one of the best teachers at SVHS. I know my daughter really respects her and wishes more were like her. Of all the stuff that goes on at this school and no one is held accountable something petty like this gets done. I am so glad my daughter is graduating this year and going to college.

She is an awesome Teacher. I think 5 day suspension is too much. Especially when you have Teachers putting their hands on students and so forth. Umph. Smh.

Sandra was my teacher in 1998 and is definitely one of the FEW LOYAL teachers left in Vance County. It's hard to pull teachers with her credentials out of your ass!

To VCS. Please make sure you suspend or fire every athletic coach in the school system for worse and more often used language than this. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

This is just ridiculous. Suspended her for using language far more tame the those same students are using. One of the few teachers at that school who even care to do her job! I went there all four years of high school, I didn't have her as a teacher but I still knew who she was simply because she was such a good teacher.

I was in 10th grade at SVHS when Mrs. Wiggins started. She's a great person and a great teacher. The punishment is not equal to the "crime". Bureaucrats should stop trying to make an example of someone just for "show". There's not a single student in that school who hasn't heard that word before or used in that way. Don't do it again should have been the only necessary reprimanding; period
