I am appalled! During my 6 years as an undergraduate and graduate student at Alcorn State University, I worked with Woodrow Price. There are very few with his dedication and servitude with students and their success centering as the main goal of their work. I never once heard Woodrow speak of salary or any of the many complaints that leave the mouths of educators. Surely a mistake has been made. If he isn't reinstated, I'm quite sure his next place of employment will NOT regret hiring him.

I know this man. He's wonderful individual. We attended the same college. We may not have traveled in the same social circles but I know him to a be an all around great guy.

Good teacher, tough situation. From what I've heard he did what was right in that situation. I do understand that the school bees to take precautions but this teacher definently deserves his job back.

Mr. Price is my son teacher. He is a great role model for him. He goes over and beyond for those children in Claiborne County. Mr. Price is one of the best teachers there. Reinstate Mr. Price.

This child has terrorized not only his school but community as well. I guess its OK for him to terrorize this teacher's class as well! Put this teacher back where he belongs and send the so called conservator back where she belongs!

Mr. Price has been a great asset to his school and school district. Teachers have rights and a child should not have the authority to disrespect and/or demean a teacher.

Mr. Price is a fine teacher. I have worked with Mr . Price for several years. Mr. Price as been a blessing to CCPSD. Administration should like further in this matter. I am a citizen in this county and the student and his mother needs help. This student has been neglected by this district, he should have been referred for help years ago. This student is known for having confutations with teachers. He fought with a former teacher Mrs. Lola Webster and the punshiment did not fit the crime. This type of action let students know that they can behave how ever and nothing or little will be done. Mr. Price I'm sure had to protect himself. This student's mom and he has been involved with law enforcement,check the records. Rev. Ross as principle had an encounter with the mother and law enforcement along with school officer Cheif Watson was called. Again, theres a history of negative behavior with this family that needs special attention. If he does not get help he will be one who will continue through out his life being a problem and it's for you educators to help fix this. Mr. Woodrow Price should be reinstate to his position. We need to look at the big picture here, satan is on his job daily. He is destroying everything that's good and we are helping if we don't take a stand! Put Mr. Price back were GOD placed him, in the classroom with students that want to learn!
