This past April, 2015, the Social Security Administration reviewed David Friedeberg's medical file without providing a copy of any medical records nor advised him that the file was being reviewed. Medical files and statements were not included in the review and it was determined that he was no longer disabled.

Mr. Friedeberg suffers from Pheochromocytoma, a rear tumor which is effecting his kidneys, heart, liver, pancreas, brain, and other internal organ system. Mr. Friedeberg has been hospitalized most of 2015 with adrenal failure and uncontrollable blood pressure.

With his monthly income already eliminated this past April, 2015 his medical and prescriptions benefits end May 31, 2015. He has reached out to the State of Arkansas but was informed he does not qualify since past income was too high. Reaching out to Senator Tom Cotton and The Appeals Council he was advised to wait and be patient. David does not have that kind of time to wait.
