My grandson isn’t vaccinated, his parents decision. I would pray he at least would have the protection of a mandatory mask!

I specifically kept my children out of OC schools because the district refuses to protect all of its students. From the beginning, the district should have mandated masks through the school year. It is no wonder children are suffering from anxiety, and showing reduced scoring in ELA and Math overall, when their health and safety is being debated every few weeks. The district has shown that it is consistently negligent of providing a fair, equal, and safe education to ALL students, which is required by law. Mandate masks in the schools. Be leaders and educators. It’s not too late to do the right thing.

As a mom of 3 kids in the district, I would love them to be as safe as possible for in-person instruction to continue: IN MASKS. 2 of my children are vaccinated, the other had Covid in October. But I want to do everything we can to slow community spread!
