Since the removal of Avon's phone lines, there has been increased pressure on reps being able to run their business smoothly.
Phone lines are vital for when issues arise, especially when they are time sensitive.
Waiting days on end for an AI reply to a WhatsApp is simply not good enough - bring back real people on the end of the phone.
