I know many states are "at will" but that does not mean you can blacklist professionals without justification. That requires evidence of wrongdoing and documentations for both parties.

Mr. Thuet was always available and very responsive to my emails and questions. My son loves him as a principal and as a mentor. We want him back. He makes LP a better school.

I definitely have to show support for John Thuet who is one of the hardest working employers I’ve ever had!

In all my years CPS parent, the people working their butts off on the ground to ensure our children were getting the education they deserved in a safe environment were the principals and teachers. The roadblocks to any and every forward movement to improving the state of Chicago schools? Always CPS. The history of graft, scandal and incompetence speaks for itself. CPS should be embarrassed at the way they have handled this, but the lies are clearly yet another cover up. Stay the hell out of LPHS, the damage you've done should cause every last one of you to be fired. Mayor Lightfoot and Ms. Jackson, we will not stop until this has been righted. You will have lost my vote if it's not.

There is enough going on in this world rn... we need stability and certainty from the leadership that was in. And CPS you will have ENOuGH on your plates in the upcoming months. Please use common sense, properly investigate issues and use common sense when resolving conflict. I have heard so many stories over the yrs at schools and as an HR/employee relations professional you all need training in conflict resolution/mngmnt.

The CPS should be advocating for all students and not creating chaos.

For my friend's kids and all other future students. Thank you for fighting to give these kids the educators and administrators they deserve. Good luck!

CPS listened to one side of a crazy ass story and rolled with it...destroying our basketball team, our coaches, our admin. They say “trust us”...everything they claim to be doing is based on lies that they are trying to turn truth and they will be exposed. Janice Jackson must step down for the way they handled LPHS. Reinstate and bring back everyone. They care for our kids! LP6!

Cps fired these people because they correctly reported sexual abuse by politically connected adults at cps. Cps tried to kill my child to cover up sex abuse as well.

We all deserve transparency from our public employees.

Where is Janice Jackson? Why doesn't she respond, instead of sending her incompetent lying flunkies to our meetings? To whom is CPS accountable? It's a CPS oligarchy! Reinstate Principal John Thuet and Asst. Principal Michelle Brumfield (the only administrators who cared for our school and our children)!! Who should be fired is the one who ordered the firing of our administrators!

CPS should be ashamed of how they handled this situation and how it has affected the students and the school.
