The dedication Mrs. Hayes shows to her students is what inspired me to teach in the first place. She took our concerns seriously, and cared about our opinions. I am proud to be one of her Middle Schoolers from 2001-2004.

Mrs. Hayes was and is Margarita Middle School. Please think of our children, and return Mrs. Hayes to Margarita Middle School as principal.

I fully support Mrs. Hayes and the actions she has taken against TVUSD. After learning that Mrs. Hayes had reached out for help regarding this "male teacher" and nothing was done. I'm shocked to learn this man is still teaching at the school. The Superintendant and his board are ridiculous and should be removed (all of them) from their positions. Principal Hayes is a hero and a true leader, it is obvious she put the students, staff and familes first. Perhaps she should be considered as the replacement for Mr. Ritter, or maybe that is what he afraid of. Mrs. Hayes please keep up the fight.

I am a parent of a 7th, 9th and 10th and they go to Gardner and Great Oak. It is a shame that the kids don't come first and a good Principle is let go. Get your head on straight and do what you know is right for the kids not for just a few teachers from hell.

It is unbelievable that a strong, fair, devoted, loving educator like Karen Hayes is even in this situation. Shame on the board! They have done those students, current and future, a HUGE diservice by releasing her.She should be reinstated immdiately and honored instead of shamed for her service and all she has done for that school and her students. Save Mrs. Hayes!! Hayes STAYS!

You will never find a more devoted teacher to help guide and grow students than Karen Hayes. She is a passionate educator who has devoted her life to developing of our young people into successful membesr of society. She leads with her heart and always has the students best interest in mind. I have witnessed this love and teaching in my own life. I have known Karen Hayes since I was a young child and continue to view her as one of the strongest, most fair-minded, high character, devoted mentors I know. Shame on those who look to remove her. You will NEVER find another like Karen Hayes.

There is no better woman to lead these young kids in their development process than Karen Hayes. She was a second mom to me as I grew up and I am a better man because of the values that she helped me learn as a youth. It's a tragedy that politics would deprive these children of that same opportunity. Save Mrs. Hayes!

Letting Karen Hayes go was a HUGE mistake, not only for the school, but for the entire community. There is no one that cares more about their students & helping them to not only succeed, but also about making them better people. You absolutely need to reinstate her as principal!!

Karen Hayes' termination as Margarita Middle School Principal was an absolute mistake. Absolutely reconsider this decision on behalf of all stakeholders (students, parents, teachers, administrators, and local community)

The District is drastically in error of letting Mrs. Karen Hayes go. This is a tremendous loss for the school, parents and especially the kids. Tradegy!

The District must be out of their minds to let such an unbelievable teacher and administrator go. Mrs. Hayes has never done anything but serve and love the students in her care. It would be a very wise decision to reinstate Mrs. Hayes immediatley.

Before I signed the petition, I took the time to gather all the facts available to me. This is nothing more than a witch hunt. It really appears to have started out as 1 man's personal vendetta against Mrs. Hayes and has exculated into the school board trying to eliminate the "outspoken" Its horrible.
