the bbc should have considered the potential implications, including the financial ones, of their actions before taking the drastic action thay they have and considered other ways of dealing with the problem that would allow the programme to run its course and thus avoid the BBC exposes themselves to potential litigation that, in the end, will have to be paid by the license fee payer
