This was an innocent bit of humour that has been handled with a sledgehammer. A verbal warning was all that was needed.
I believe the Trust has done far greater harm to the Broadgreen radio station by suspending this gentleman. It demonstrates what a narrow-minded group of people the Trust is.
I urge the Trust to see sense and reinstate this gentleman.
Or is it all a publicity stunt?

I feel that the treatment of this long-serving VOLUNTEER, after what appears to be a vague and baseless attack on self-promotion which no right minded individual would concider serious, to be appalling. As a hospital radio DJ myself, it's a pleasure to sign.
