Mr Cham has always been extremely courteous and helpful to me. I feel his dismissal is very unfair. I own flats 17 and 33, the Lexington.

As an ex-resident and frequent visitor over the last 13 years, Haji has not only been a friendly and welcoming face on the door but has always gone above his purview of his job role to help and aid the residents to provide an exemplary service.
Examples of this include helping my mother move her piano, helping her get into her apartment when she locked herself out and regularly carrying her shopping for her when it was too heavy.
I have always found him personable whilst being professional and the Lexington has lost a true asset since his departure.

Haji has always been polite to me, helpful beyond the call of duty and loyal. I have lived at number 37 The Lexington for nearly 14 years and am a leaseholder. I believe that Haji should get his job back and that he can be trusted to remain in his role.

Haji is an honest, hardworking and reliable man. As residents, we have not been informed the termination or the circumstances leading to his dismissal. If his behaviour merited dismissal we should have been informed in writing that he has been dismissed and the reasons for the termination of his employment.

Haji is an asset to our building and this situation should have been handled better. He's the most helpful person and always courteous. I feel safer knowing he's in the building. He should be reinstated ASAP with a warning, that's all that's needed.

Clearly would like to see Haji back. I honestly believe it’s not a well measured and well reasoned decision for what I understand being a questionable episode.
Therefore i’m hoping to see other type of actions being implemented up to and including reinstatement of Haji in this location. I’ve lived in the building for 10 years and like many others we have much more evidence to the opposite.
In conclusion I'm hoping no definitive action is taken on a gross overall misrepresentation.

it seems my signature has not been recorded by this petition website. I repeat, Haji has been a very loyal and trustworthy concierge who always went beyond his duties. I think what has been done to him is wrong and justice should be reinstalled and put him back in his old position in The Lexington. Best regards, Helmut Mayer

As the co-owner of one of the apartments in the Lexington Apartments, I have known Haji for over 15 years. He has always been very helpful, polite and trustworthy. We have entrusted him to enter our apartment numerous times when we have not been around to accompany workmen and have not experienced any issues or problems with his integrity all these years. I strongly believe that he should be reinstated by JAR.

I've lived in the Lexington for over eleven years and interacted with Haji on an almost daily basis, and this has only ever been an entirely positive experience. Haji has always been professional, courteous, honest and kind; he is an asset to the building.
Not all of the tenants treat the front desk staff with the respect they deserve, and this must absolutely be considered in the context of this one-off "incident". I strongly support reinstating Haji, who is very much missed.

He is courteous, professional and I feel that a lot of leaseholder's views must be seriously considered. Although JAR may be their employee, I think of paramount importance is the wishes of the leaseholders, which Haji has always served.

Haji has always been unfailingly helpful and courteous, going out of his way on a number of occasions to help us out - over and above what would be expected in his role as head concierge. It would be a huge shame to lose him, one of the best parts of the great atmosphere at Lexington, for an isolated incident. Bring Haji back!
