There are board members who are corrupt and need to be held accountable for their actions. The other board members who brought this corruption to light need to be rewarded. Dr. Maluchnik needs reinstated. He is honorable, an asset, a mentor and a leader the kids of Woodland Hills need.

Vision isn't just a projection; it also involves understanding why things have reached a certain point. Although human psyche wasn't meant to hold lies and misinformation, the truth will come out. Knowing this, I signed this petition because I found the discovery to be insightful and relevant to understanding the vision. We’ll see the cracks in the foundation that predate all of this; if not WH’s won't see healing until we see each other.

This entire procedure is an abomination. Dr. Maluchnik’s behavior as Woodland Hills Superintendent does nothing to warrant this witch hunt. He was vetted fully by the previous administration, and now, due to perceived promises to certain board members being ‘broken’, what is happening is simply childish retaliation. Additionally, responsible financial stewardship is needed, as it seems that certain members of the current administration feel that they have Carte Blanche with taxpayer money.

Dr. Maluchnick has the experience with all grade levels. In addition his educational experience would make Woodland Hills School District improve for the better.

I support Dr. Maluchnik and believe he should be reinstated as superintendent since his dismissal was without cause, and never properly voted on by the school board. Additionally, the information sent to the state by the school board included a fraudulent accounting of the reasons for his dismissal, and an accounting of a vote that never truly occurred. This type of misconduct by the board needs to be addressed legally. If punishment is in order, then let those involved suffer the consequences.

Given the weak justification put forth by the Board and the questionable integrity of one or more of its members it seems appropriate to rescind the dismissal and get on with the business of developing young minds in lieu of petty squabbles.

This school district needs an administrator that will stand up to this school board and bring calm to this district. The board has completely lost the communities confidence and we need a strong leader like Dr M to restore the damage that has been done.

Honesty is found in transparency. The School Board has acted with obfuscation. Reinstate the Superintendent and let's see all the books open. This is a base-level expectation for citizens to require of our public servants, and we are demanding it now.

He's being fired because he was questioning where the money is really going.
