Dr. Blume has repeatedly, over time, exemplified high integrity in all his ways; personally and professionally. Of all the ways laws could be applied to actually “help” typical citizens, the unfair application against Dr. Blume is not helpful. The actual “spirit of the law” should be applied toward true law-breakers and criminals. In the least, reinstate his license.

Dr. Blume has been my family's doctor for thirty or more years and I have trusted him in life threatening situations in the past and I would do the same thing again. He is an honorable and caring physician and should be taking care of his patients.

Dr. Blume had many poor patients and elderly patients. It will be nearly impossible for them to find a doctor who will care for them with his level of compassion.

Summers county don't didn't have but one descent doctor,and you the BOARD OF MEDICINE decides to take his license,I beg you to reconsider this decision,doctor BLUME is an excellent doctor,devoted not only to his patients,but to his community,we the citizens of summers county,BEG you,the power that be to reinstate his license so he can continue to serve this community,in not only as a physician,but as a friend,community leader,and as a fine well thought of neighbor,and human being
