I have known James Blume for more than 35 years. He is a person of high moral standards on a personal level and also high ethical standards in his professional capacities. He has unjustly been denied to retain his Medical License and as a direct result of that action, many people have not had access to James Blume's medical expertise, negatively impacting their health. These folks trust James Blume because of his skills, standard of care, and his ethics. Reinstating his Medical License and Professional Services to the community is in the best interests of the community of West Virginia.
