I am quite disgusted at such treatment which is no doubt packaged under part of this restructuring taking place. I wish for you to reconsider your decision and send out a better message to your current and future staff.

I am a retired member of the UCU and understand the kind of aniti-TU bias there is in higher education. We must defend the rights of all workers to be represented and therefore defend those reps who are victimised.

As a UoL engineering student. I understand the importance of this role and what they do. The university cannot be seen to be vintimisng the trade unions. Students will not stand for it.
