Board(s) are comprised of several people for a reason. If the directors had no knowledge of this then they should stand up and be counted.
I feel compelled to say I’m thankful for all the time that everybody puts into the fairgrounds, there is ALOT of sweat and hard work along with emotions.
EVERY year it seems that there is always a “target”;
I just don’t understand why, these are all volunteers just like yourself who have touched many lives just like yourself.
If the directors truly had no knowledge then again stand up and be counted, there are by-laws of this committee/board for a reason ~ follow them.
Yes the president usually has the ultimate power however a person in the lead should always take a collective vote of their committee or board. When a person in the lead acts solely by themselves without board knowledge or goes behind the board and gaines knowledge or feedback from individual members, then the Board should unite and take charge ~ one day it may be another board member that is the “target” and then the feelings and heartbreak will be understood !
This is unneeded negativity! Our fair already struggles enough.

There are a lot of good people commenting on here to keep Dana and also how much she means to them! That support of her character and dedication to her work should tell you something!

Dana is an amazing person, who has dedicated so much of her time to that barn. She has turned it into an amazing success almost effortlessly. It's so easy to want to show when you know there is someone like dana there ready to help you.

Dana is my role model. She cares about each and every 4-H kid, if it wasn’t for her, my family and I would have never started showing Hogs. SHE IS THE BEST BARN SUPERINTENDENT AT THE WAYNE COUNTY FAIR! and loves what she does!

I know this position was near and very dear to Dana's heart! I honestly couldn't think of anyone more deserving to have this position as she is a great leader, and definitely kmows how to connect with the kids and does a wonderful job at it!

This is so sad. If it weren’t for Dana Rudnicki, I would have never known about 4h and the work that the kids do. I have been coming to the Wayne county fair for a long time now and have been a great supporter and buyer of the auction. I will not come back this year knowing that the board removes someone loyal and dedicated for no substantial reasons.
