I can say that he cares about the well being and success of all the kids on this Urbana Varsity team. He commits hours of his days creating game plans and researching new and effective plays that will help the team succeed. Winning, teamwork, and hard work are all goals that Shawn strives to obtain. He pushes his team to also work to accomplish the same goals while having fun at the same time. I hope the Urbana athletic director reverses her decision. Shawn is a strong and positive attribute to the team.
