Justin Redemer is a fine, God-fearing man and a role model to all who play for him. The school and its football team will be lesser for losing him. Bring back Coach Redemer.

Coach Redemer is a good human being with a great heart, he has helped me with so many problems by being there for me And giving me life advice and thanks to him and for his support I made it and I graduated even though I was pregnant, he has not only helped me but he has helped so many students, thanks to him a lot of students have gotten a full ride to many universities! BRING REDEMER BACK !!! We love you ❤️

On the plus side of all this, I hope Justin is reading all the wonderful things so many people are saying about him.

Very good coach. I went to Hayward high but never got coached by him but heard he was a very good coach wish I could’ve been taught by him.

I graduated nearly 4 1/2 years ago and I can vouch for the respectable, honest and protective character that Redemer upholds. He built his athletes as well as students to be able to guide themselves through the real world. Students aren’t just taught classroom etiquette when it comes to him. His teachings go beyond the classrooms and stick with his students. Til this day, I still result back to the knowledge that Redemer provided me with within my college classrooms. Redemer deserves to be within that school because there are not as many staff members such as himself who are willing to go above and beyond to assist the students. In closing, as respectful as I can say this, “put some respect on his name”.

Why let go of someone who students look up to? If he hasn’t done any harm to his students and team I believe he deserves the chance to prove it.

Please bring him back he was an outstanding coach.

Redemer is the reason why so many kids make it out of Hayward high. Whether it’s with a full ride scholarship or simply motivating them to maintain good grades to graduate. To take him away from those students would be a huge mistake.

Coach Redemer helped a lot of young men in Hayward. He also helped my son to focus in school. Sure enough my son got a football scholarship in Sac State. He had helped so many young men in Hayward. Taking him away from Hayward high is a wrong thing to do. I really true believe in my heart that Justin Redemer have a lot reason to stay in Hayward high, help the young men of Hayward. Justin Redemer was made in Hayward, we can’t afford to loose him...

I’m a mount eden alumni from 2k15 and this man made a big impact on my life and many of others as well and by him being punished for protecting those he love is completely Erroneous!! BRING BACK COACH RED!!

It's about the kids. The staff should not make things personal.

I am partitioning to reinstate Redemer because he has and will always show high levels of humanity towards people of all Races. His work as a coach will be a great loss to the Hayward High community. As an African-American mother of two of his football players, I have witness his efforts and compassion to unite our diverse community. Please don't spoil this opportunity for my children and others to be able to learn how to shows respect to all of mankind, no matter where you come from. We need him as a varsity football coach because he helps parents like me to install great character and social skills in the lives of our youth. The students and football athletes will suffer and miss him greatly if he is not given the opportunity to return back to his position.
