How you going to punish coach like this ? Red holds us accountable on and off school campus !!!! Honestly if it wasn’t for Redemer my grades wouldn’t be the way it would be . We need to keep him . Losing Redemer would be a mistake . He’s on campus EVERYDAY!!! So he’s keeping us out of trouble , making sure our grades are right , and treating us like were his own kids !!!!He’s a Great Teacher , A Great Coach , and A Great Guy ! Bring him back !

I’m extremely disappointed in Hayward High School management. Justin is one of the most dedicated teachers and coaches I’ve ever met. He truly cares about each and ever student and athlete and goes above and beyond to ensure his student athletes are successful. Please reinstate this great coach and mentor, it’s the right thing to do!

Coach Redemer was not only my football coach, but also a life coach and an amazing mentor. I will forever be grateful for having such an outstanding figure in my life. He truly works for the best interest of the students and football players.

Coach Redemer has been the coach whos brought dignity and respect back to the football program. I've seen several boys turn their lives around and move on to great things under his mentorship. His leaving will be not only depremental to the program, but the entire culture of Hayward High.

Coach is a fair and loving coach. He does not deserve this. He's done so much for my son and this is outrageous. Parents need to discipline their children and hold them responsible for there actions! OUTRAGEOUS!!
