Seeing this level of support for Coach Needham is overwhelming because he invested so much into every athlete on that mat. It is clear that our community refuses to let his impact on these kids be ignored without a fight.

Coach Needham has been a true asset to our son and his teammates. The time, dedication, morals, and endless positive reinforcement he has given to the boys are priceless. Coach Needham does not need to be released from his duties, he needs a raise and should be a mentor to all of Moscow coaching staff!
Shane has been a powerful, positive force in the wrestling program. He's building enthusiasm in the community for the sport, helped guide the team to state last year as an assistant coach, and took even more boys this year as coach. Please reconsider the decision to let him go. We need more coaches like him.
I am an elementary PE teacher and I can tell which students have gone through his program. They have excellent form, balance, and stance plus a will to continue and try hard. I hope MSD asks themselves if they have done right for the students or themselves?
My son is no longer in wrestling but while wrestling under direction of Coach Needham we saw great changes in our son. Coach Needham works hard and is a dedicated coach to the boys, both on and off the mat. Keep Coach Needham!
Shane is one of those once in a lifetime mentors that his students will never forget. To dismiss him is a huge disservice to the students at Moscow High School (both wrestlers and those who come in contact with the program). Please reinstate him.
We've been involved in Moscow Wrestling for over 14 years. Shane Needham has been the most positive influence and has contributed more to of the high school team and club teams since we've been involved. He is an incredibly positive influence on these children and should absolutely be re instated as the Moscow High School Head coach.
Coach Needham is a hardworking successful member of our community who knows wrestling, but most importantly, knows how to work hard and succeed. Please let him pass this inspiration,, and his support, on to our youth. My question: How could you?

Shane Needham should definitely be the Moscow High School Head Wrestling coach. He has done more for this team than any other head coach in recent history. Our family has been involved in Mosciw wrestling for over 14 years and Shane is a positive influence for these kids and needs to be re instated.
