The problem is the AD!! He doesn't seem to care about building or keeping a strong program. He won't even hire a person who is knowledgeable about softball. Why have athletics if you don't nurture the programs. It's like this AD wants all teams to fall apart!

Coach Hill genuinely cares about his players. Not just athletically but academically, spiritually,and emotionally too. I have personally seen his care manifested in the extension of his own home to players who live too far to travel home for holidays. He is more than just a coach to his players and the unfounded termination of Coach Hill is a disservice to these young black men and Lincoln. Reinstate Coach Hill

Even though I have known him for a short time. From what I have seen he has motivated these young men to do better. There is no reason for him to not be at Lincoln. Please let us get Coach Hill back in the game. These young men have been disciplined and are being taught to excel to do better academically also.

Coach John Hill has long distinguished himself as an excellent role model for young men, an advocate for collegiate intellectual inquiry and a developer of championship basketball teams. Further, Coach Hill has the uncanny ability to do more with less and still achieve in spite of institutional, fiscal shortcomings.
