Nautical mile already struggles on business, and I truly believe that braccos makes a good part if not the most business in the mile, not having a liquor license will only weaken the struggling mile even more. I mean lets be reasonable. There will always be be fights and arguments in any location that liquor is served. Is not just braccos. Braccos just makes the most buisness and has the most crowed so therefore, it'll have the most scenarios. And this is why I'm signing this petition.

Braccos is one of the few establishments on the mile that provide the unique mixture of dining and entertainment that really bring life to the nautical mile, it's truly unfortunate what happened but they have always provides excellent service and are always doing there best to ensure the safety of their patrons and staff. This punishment is a bit too harsh especially when it was something out of their control.

My belief, based on personal experience, is that the events that occurred on Woodcleft Avenue, following the 50 Cent performance at Bracco's, were not precipitated by anything negative involving Bracco's. The short performance was a success, which induced no violent activity on Bracco's property. It's wasn't until over an hour later that activity began in the street, having absolutely nothing to do with Bracco's.

I always feel better when I'm at Braccos.
We all work hard to keep a family and support a good home on Long Island. This is my home away from home and I look forward to coming to Braccos to get relief from the stress and responsability, we all have, please do not take that away from so many people.
Sincerely
Charles Galea

Sadly it figures a bunch of unruly thug trash had to ruin a good time. I'm sure it was not the intention of 50Cent or the restaurant to have the incident occur in the way it did.

I'm not from Freeport but usually go on weekends after the beach
I go with my family have a great meal and some drinks
Going there always makes us feel like we are on vacation
It really would be sad to see this place shut down I always said it's the heart of the mile

My friend is resident dj there during the summers. Something like this has never happened there before. 50 cent attracted a rougher crowd, a larger crowd than braccos was or could be prepared for, their only fault was having someone draw too many patrons!

Bracco's may have had the occasional crazy night but I blame he patrons not the establishment. In fact when other fights have broken out on the mile Bracco's security kept us safe. Also one of our favorite family outings, and the employees there are family as well. Love Bracco's I believe this is a lesson learned but let's not destroy anyone's lives over this !

Bracco's is the backbone of the Nautical Mile business district and should be allowed to operate as they have for so many years! It is my opinion that Bracco's cannot be held liable for what occurs outside of their domain!
