I have been friends with kristie and billy for 12 years.. I remember how happy to were to hear that billy got a job at west penn...and after being there for 8 years he STILL like his job and what he did...there were many times I was a kristies and the truck was there and he was on call....I nev heard him complain it was just his job to him....I can tell u that billy pierce takes pride in his work and I have seen him pass that knowledge to both his children...west penn is truly making a huge mistake and a dishonor to the public for letting such a fantastic worker go.... I visited billy in the burn uniti believe on day 2 of his injury...I was shocked as a freakiing nurse of 22 years of which 13 were spent in the ER...my friends husband could have EASILY died...it's a miracle he survived...my heart was breaking for both my friends...so it's a miracle this man is in the shape he's in now...and even way before physically being ready to return to work he wanted to....THATS the kind of worker U let go!!!!....you are the prime example of why people complain about this country!!!!......just knowing billy I can guarantee he rarely missed a day of work too he probably had to be dying....it's time to reward the people who excell and love their jobs...NOT the slackers or the ones that "kno someone ".....REINSTATE William aka squints pierce!!!
