Reinstate Baba Jahi

Baba Jahi's unwavering commitment to Ile Omode, its children and families is a tremendous asset to our community. We look forward to his continued growth and contributions to the legacy of this amazing African institution as it grows for a long time to come. This community is committed to the growth and well being of all its individual members and the collective as well.

We stand with Baba Jahi, and the commitment, diligence; & sacrifice He has demonstrated, and put forth. We are confident, as re-instated He shall continue to show dedication, and humility moving forward. Thanks and Blessings.

I am in full, unwavering support of Baba Jahi returning to Ile Omode as Director and Educator, and I entrust the emotional and physical safety of my daughter under his academic leadership.

The dedication that Baba Jahi has to our children and Ile Omode is unmeasurable. Please get him back to our children. I pray that the healing and reconciliation may continue between all parties involved.

I support this petition. This incident appears to be a mistake in judgment, and not a mistake in character. I feel that the suspension without pay is an adequate consequence for this mistake.

Baba Jahi is a treasure to our children our school and our community. Please reinstate him right away our children are suffering every day that he is gone.

Bab Jahi continues to be a pillar for students who tranisitioned from Ile Omode and into HS. He is a committed educator to all and serves as a beacon for not only the Ile Omode community but to educators and students everywhere. I am in support of his reinstatement!

Baba Jahi has been a backbone for Ile Omode ane Wose community particularly middle school. As parent of Ile Omode and middle school, I am urging the counsel members to reinstate Baba Jahi not only for smooth running of the school, but also for his hard work which earn Ile a good reputation in the whole Bay Area. We should let but nut spoil all of the good nuts. We also pray that both parties should come to good terms and bury their differences behind them. Right now, we Baba Jahi back. Baba Jahi, is crucial to the school even just knowing the kids no longer have someone at 7:30 with them until breakfast, he was the first face every morning. Upon all other things said in this petition. We need Baba back!

My 8th grades child admittance into High School has being negatively effected by the council decision. This is a sensitive time during the High School admission, where High School admission councilor often talk to the director. In addition, I can attest that my child Algebra 2 progress have being seriously negatively impacted, and may have to be removed from the Laney college program. " I don't need a baby sitter I need an educator."

Our kids are suffering due to his absence emotionally and academically!
