A Store of Fire and Dice (ASOFAD) ownership has always been libertarian and open minded. Recently some reddit users have taken to false accusations and character attacks because his opinions do not align with theirs. While this is normal online behavior, the degree with which it was done is inappropriate. His livelihood is now at risk. Wizards of the Coast will be suspending his license / membership as a distributor of their products. He has been a passionate and dedicated gamer for over 20 years, and it would be a shame for a few closed minded Reddit users, with connections, to be able to shut down a business that provides for the livelihood of several employees. This was all done intentionally while he was camping with his wife and daughter, not permitting him to even speak on his own behalf.
This petition is an attempt to encourage Wizards of the Coast to reinstate ASOFAD as a distributor and licensed playing facility, until a proper investigation is done, that at least involves more than the opinions of a single group.

The momentum is building but I am exhausted by the silence from those who have the power to fix this. We need to hit five hundred names to force them to stop and look at how many people see the injustice here. Please get this in front of anyone else who understands that a business should not be destroyed by online gossip.

WoTC’s behavior is rash and distasteful. Making a decision of this caliber (one that can and will destroy this thriving gaming community) without conducting any sort of investigation or even allowing the person in question to defend themselves is a gross abuse of power.
A store full of players and WOTC decides to take that away from all of them. a LGS isn't just a place to buy product. It's the place where the community comes together. No LGS > no strong community > no sales WOTC just hurting themselfs in the long run
This is outrageous, Jesse is one of the nicest people I've ever had the privilege to know in my entire life. ASOFAD is the best LGS on long island, I refuse to give Wizards, or Hasbro for that matter, another cent until this is at least given a proper investigation.
One’s personal views should not be considered a factor when determining whether or not a store should be allowed to hold sanctioned events. This is business and fun involving a great card game, NOT politics!
These accusations are conoletely out of context for how the store is actually run. ASOFD is an inclusive environment for all players, new and old, and has become more of a family than an MTG community to me.
I stand with Jesse.
An investigation should have been conducted. You can't believe everything you read on the internet, you know?

This is the only store within a 45 min drive that is comfortable for my son and I to play in. All the others are either to far to get home from by bed time after FNM, or not family friendly at all. Keep the only kid friendly store nearby alive!!!
