Rosa has a place in P.S. 24. We need to bring her back. Rosa has been a respectful and hardworking part of our community. Not only does she do her job but she goes out of her way to help others. We want rosa back!

I was very disappointed to learn that Officer Rosa was moved from our school. My son has attended PS 24 since kindergarten, and is now in the fourth grade. For the duration of that time Officer Linares has been a staple in maintaining the feeling of safety and community amongst the students, parents and visitors that come in contact with her each and every day. She knows all of the patent's and student's names by heart and can even tell when our children's items are in the lost and found. She is an Intergral part of the PS 24 family and is irreplaceable to the school, the families and the community as a whole. Please allow Officer Rosa Linares to be reinstated to our school as soon as possible.

I don't feel safe for my child to be in school without Rosa being there. And neither does my child. She was very upset when she came out of school. Rosa needs to be returned

No one compares to Rosa! My daughter loves her and more importantly, she has been a real sense of protection and security for her. When my daughter learned that she was no longer there to look after her, she cried. I believe that Rosa protected our children, loved our children and was great at her job! Please bring her back. She brought me and my daughter comfort in knowing she was there.

Please reinstate Agent Rosa Linares. Her knowledge of the inner workings and familiarity of all the kids and families, make her an invaluable person to our school.

Mrs. Rosa is truly missed. She always made sure to keep everyone safe and is loved by students, parents and staff. Removing her is clearly an act of disservice to PS24.

I am a retired sergeant from the NYCPD and have known an observed School Safety Officer Rosa Linares for the past eight years at PS 24.Officer Linares has always interacted in a caring,professional and respectful manner with the parents and students at the school.Please reconsider the reinstatement of the officer to PS 24.To date,we the parents at the school have not received a notification as to why she was removed from the school.Sergeant Jorge Gautreau,tax 879032(retired with 25 years)Fraternally and i can be reached at 917-667-7276

I'm shocked and saddened to hear this.
Rosa is so completely dedicated to the school, students and parents. She knows everyone's name & face. Nothing gets by her.
I see her arriving to the school via public transportation many mornings at 6am.
I have always admired her and spoke highly of her.
Please bring her back!

We no longer live in Riverdale but when we did my children both went to P.S. 24 (for 7 years total) and we loved Rosa. She knew everyone who walked in and loved the children.
