Removing Antonio Moreno from his position is the biggest mistake AFPD and the Board of Supervisors has EVER made. Letting this hometown HERO go the way you did is a disgusting. Antonio has put this community ahead of his own personal life for 37 years. He's passionate, carrying and dedicated, he should be commended for the time he's given us and this is how you people pay them back. AFPD and the Board of Supervisors should be ASHAMED of themselves. Give us back our HERO now!!!

Antonio Moreno and the Plymouth Fire Department have came to my families rescue more then once in River Pines. In the winter months we have no Cal Fire and they are the closest source that we have. He has gone above the call to help our community and he should be reinstated.

First of all: THANK YOU, CHIEF MORENO... There are a lot of us who know of the many untold stories of your service in our county, above and beyond an outstanding job as Battalion Chief... This very terrible wrong needs to be corrected... For all of us who live in Amador County, each and every member of the Amador Fire Protection District Board of Directors is also an elected County Supervisor... Please keep close tabs on how they address this issue and remember that the next time they are up for reelection in your district...
