When I put an event, check that it is going to work well before anything else or test it before launching it, since in the last event I had a problem spending more than 3500 vigor to have troops and they ended up removing the troops and did not return anything. If it's going to be an event and it goes wrong, you have to leave the mistake they made or return everything and remove what we got.

You really need to fix the game the match ups are crazy ridiculous. I'm a big spender but going to stop if you can't fix the game correctly

I second all of these.I also want to include that when we have gifts and stuff sent to our mail from the game or whatever that they don't expire.It is not fair that you gifted and put an expiration date on it

I agree with keepin the strike on goin as many many peomises been made of ya side. Somw changed ro the good some to the bad and bugs and glitches became even worse. Soon we see a clear change we will may apend more on that game again but to keep us cashing ya need to motivate us and first of all keep a word that ya give and dont disappoint ya members . Im so sick of the constant upgrades and money grabs I spend 100 to 500 a month and still its to hard to keep up. I thought you guys said you would go longer between new gear. Then this pirates event you used to have the sword at the 7100 spot usually on the 2nd then 3rd time. now it's just staying at 17,500 total bs. The lottery on everything is a joke.

Quit Fing up the good events and fix the glitches. We don't need more crap we need fixed crap.
