While this isn't a financial hardship for me I know it is for many others. The organization needs to absorb their added costs if 2 million liability is necessary.

when I started 30 + years ago rehoboth had vans for use by homes, then sold them and put the onus of tranportation on us. I think they should either bring back shared vans or pay for taxi's for all outings for clients. Nobody can afford this extra expense - especially when the government is lifting the cap on auto insurance

I am totally against insurance increase. I am a single person working 55 hrs per week to make ends meet. The responsibility should fall on Rehoboth for the difference

Unless there is a drastic wage increase or reimbursement, I will not be changing my vehicle insurance. As a single income household with 3 children, I am already struggling to make ends meet. Any "extra" money I have will go to living my best life outside of work, not taking more away from my family to support my already full time job.

This isn’t fair. My insurance has gone up $665 per year because of the increased liability. We should be reimbursed!

Upon speaking to my insurance broker this afternoon she informed me that with this increase my insurance would be going up $593 a year.
My insurance broker included in the email that my employer should be reimbursing me as soon as I provide the documentation they are asking for.
“Should”.
As an organization we already receive a low amount for mileage. Personally for me, it doesn’t even cover the amount I spend on fuel and vehicle maintenance.
With already low wages, I don’t believe it is fair to myself or any employees within the organization to have to pay any amount beyond what we are already paying unless it is reimbursed.
The very unfortunate part is that the clients will suffer when good staff have no choice but to find employment elsewhere due to another financial burden being placed upon them. It’s such a shame.
If you’re going to increase, then reimburse!!!

Even with both my wife and I working the cost increase to our insurance policy would be close to crippling, when it comes to our finances. Therefore, I feel that Rehoboth should reverse their decision or reimburse their employees.

As per my insurance broker, my insurance is going to increase $500 a year. I basically make minimum wage, this is unacceptable!
I agree with this petition
